Most of the items we sell are stocked in the United States. Our normal shipping time is within 48 hours of order placement. However, certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. We ship by UPS & USPS. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries at this time. We will refund all shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item, or if the item received was defective.

The item must be unused, unaltered and returned in the original carton, with materials and original invoice. A return authorization number MUST be obtained from us by sending an email to sales@asiandecorshop.com specifying the reason for return, and this number MUST appear outside of the box. Returns cannot be accepted without such authorization. For your safety, please send your item INSURED and request a RETURN RECEIPT. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
